Our approach
We treated the event the same way we treat a brand identity project: the room is the medium, every detail is a brand asset, and the strongest marketing is the kind no one calls marketing. We started with the core belief — JC Legal stands for women leading cross-border careers — and worked backwards. Who needs to be in the room for that belief to feel true? What does the panel need to sound like for guests to leave thinking differently? Where does the brand live in the small moments — the welcome, the goodie bag, the way the team introduces themselves? The work spanned five workstreams, all run in parallel by a single consultant: Concept & narrative, audience curation, content production, speaker management, production & venue.
