Our goal was to modernize Madison Legal's digital presence while preserving their established brand identity: maintaining their logo, color palette, and typography within a clean, minimalistic design framework. The redesign needed to deliver a seamless mobile-optimized experience, support lead generation through strategic content architecture, and reflect the firm's multi-state growth. Beyond execution, we provided proactive strategic guidance throughout the project, acting as an extension of their team in the absence of dedicated internal marketing resources.

Timeline: 6 weeks
To deliver quick wins and demonstrate immediate value, we combined stakeholder interviews, competitor analysis, and data-backed user behavior insights to develop a strategic improvement plan. We prioritized a phased approach, focusing Stage 1 on refreshing high-impact pages: Home, About Us, Services, Team, and News & Media: to show tangible results from their digital investment. With a streamlined site architecture laser-focused on creating a seamless lead generation journey, we completed discovery and research in three weeks to establish a solid, data-supported foundation, followed by three weeks of UI design to bring the vision to life.

We redesigned Madison Legal's digital experience around one core principle: removing friction from the path to conversion. We replaced generic "Book a Consultation" buttons with direct phone number CTAs: recognizing that B2B clients often need urgent legal advice: and strategically placed these touchpoints in the sticky header, mid-page sections, and footer while eliminating the redundant Contact Us page. Content architecture was optimized based on stakeholder insights, prioritizing high-value, high-demand services upfront while tucking away secondary offerings to reduce page length and loading times. The interface shifted from text-heavy layouts to clean, scannable designs with intuitive filters and reorganized user flows that respected how clients actually navigate legal services.
From an SEO and discoverability perspective, we introduced location-specific pages that highlighted each office's unique services, team members, and local insights: reinforcing Madison Legal's "local-first, nationwide-available" positioning. FAQ sections were strategically embedded on the Homepage and service pages to capture intent-led searches, while enriched content created internal linking opportunities that reinforced a cohesive brand narrative across the site.
